Board and Officers

San Lorenzo Ruiz Association of America, Inc. is a faith-based nonprofit organization. It is governed and overseen by a board of advisers that is the legal governing body responsible for ensuring SLRAA’s compliance with laws and ethics. A panel of appointed officers manages the day-to-day operations and activities of the organization. A secretary maintains records of board meetings and official documents. A treasurer manages finances, including accounting and bank accounts. A council assists the board and officers in the daily management and implementation of all organizational functions.
