100% of the people who serve at SLRAA are volunteers who dedicate their time and talent to its mission and cause.
Gifts-in-kind donations, also called in-kind donations, are non-monetary contributions of goods, services, or expertise that a donor provides to a nonprofit organization, instead of offering cash. These gifts may include equipment, vehicles, materials, supplies, artwork, gift cards and other personal property a donor might give to SLRAA for use in its outreach programs or fundraising endeavors.
A majority of money raised during fiestas and masses throughout the year is used to fund SLRAA charitable programs that benefit the needy and underserved. A portion also goes toward the maintenance of the San Lorenzo Ruiz & Scalabrini Center.
