San Lorenzo Ruiz & Scalabrini Center

Home of Faith and Community

The San Lorenzo Ruiz & Scalabrini Center (or simply “The Center”) is more than a building—it is the embodiment of an organization made up of and sustained by the faith of the members themselves. It brings together a close-knit group of individuals who are dedicated to serving God in much the same way as our patron saint, San Lorenzo Ruiz. Above all, the Center represents open arms, a helping hand, and love and respect towards oneself and others.

Strengthening Faith

With it’s own chapel and dedicated prayer spaces, the Center is the primary place of worship for SLRAA faith services and religious celebrations.

Building Community

The Center serves as a gathering space for religious, social and cultural activities within the SLRAA community. It is truly a home away from home.

Serving the Lord

There are many opportunities to volunteer at the Center, varying in capacity from religious and outreach service to office administration.

Planning a Special Event?

Do you need a special place to hold an event such as a birthday party, anniversary, memorial mass or a conference? The San Lorenzo Ruiz & Scalabrini Center is available for use for a nominal donation. Your event can begin with prayers or mass in the chapel, followed by gathering in Fr. Bobby Sison Hall—a large event space located in the basement that can comfortably accommodate up to 70 people. The Hall provides an area for food preparation and service, as well as chairs and tables. SLRAA can even help plan your event to make your vision become reality.
